My family is spread out in the World, with some being extremely close, but I don't have visitors (my mum is the eldest of nine), and Oxford is home in many ways to me, as I read Law here and grew up with this area, but I don't have friends here. It hit a nerve, as I was engaged to a man that I loved very much, but on 27 November 2007 I became extremely ill, and I lost my voice for three years and the onset of Chorea-acanthocytosis, an ultra rare (42 people in the World are registered with it at Rare Connect), genetic and neurodegenerative in nature.
